Originally from Longview, WA, Bill’s career spanned a variety of management and executive roles, including leadership positions with Cargill, Inc, in Iowa, Ohio, and Minnesota. He also led global business for CPM Crown Iron Works, an oilseed technology company that designs processing plants and equipment for agricultural and food processing applications. Most recently he was President of Threemile Canyon Farms in Boardman, OR. Bill has a lifelong interest in the arts and literature and appreciates Maryhill Museum of Art’s unique combination of art and education alongside the natural beauty and physical presence of the Columbia River Gorge. He has served on the Board of Directors for Columbia River Technologies and the Board of Advisors for the Agricultural Entrepreneurship program at Eastern Oregon University. Bill received a Bachelor’s degree from Carleton College in Northfield, MN and an MBA from The University of Chicago. Bill and his family live in Hood River.
