OPERATIONS & FINANCE MANAGER
This senior staff position is responsible for the operations and financial management of the museum.
- Assists in the development of budget, tracks income and expenses, including reporting for grants.
- Oversees visitor services, including retail operations, staffing, security, safety, and accessibility issues for the site.
- Provides direct organizational support to Executive Director often dealing with information of a confidential nature.
- In absence of Director, assumes responsibility for overall museum operations.
Great communication skills, dependability, flexibility, attention to detail and teamwork essential; must work well with public, volunteers, and co-workers. QuickBooks, Excel, and Word skills important. Experience in HR a plus. Equal opportunity employer; competitive salary; excellent benefits.

Seeking energetic individual to assist in all positions of a busy museum café. Customer service-oriented environment, ability to work weekends and holidays. Seasonal 20-30 a week.
