Collections Manager
Maryhill Museum of Art seeks a Collections Manager/Registrar to oversee daily and long-range management and care of its collection. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of collections principles and practices, collections management issues and trends, and the care and conservation of collections. Experience with computers, including computerized museum records management, is vital. Knowledge of PastPerfect is an important plus. Strong oral and written communication skills and a solid understanding of professional practices of an accredited museum are important. Minimum requirements include a master’s degree in museum studies or a related field and three or more years of experience in collections work.
