Join us as we venture into the museum’s collections storage areas to see and discover wonders. Meet Curator of Art Steve Grafe, and Collections Manager Anna Berg who will be your guides. Small group tours will run every 20 minutes until 4 p.m. Free for members.
Raven Skyriver: Submerge | 2 to 4 p.m.
Meet artist Raven Skyriver in the exhibition Submerge and chat about his work. This is a last minute addition to the program and a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the artist’s glass creations.
Curator’s Talk: American Indian Painting | 4 p.m.
Curator of Art Steve Grafe leads an informative and engaging walk through the exhibition American Indian Painting: Twentieth-Century Masters. Free for members.
Opening Party | 4 to 7 p.m.
Enjoy fabulous hors d’oeuvres from the Glass Onion, regional wines and brews, and the jazz sounds of Wayman Chapman as we celebrate the opening of the museum’s 75th Anniversary Season.
