2024 Teachers as Artist submissions application

You are invited to submit artwork for consideration in our Washington & Oregon Art Education Association exhibition, THE WAY I SEE IT, on view at Maryhill Museum of Art from March 15, 2024 – April 17, 2024. Please review the list of important dates below, then fill out the form to submit your artwork for consideration.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Submission process: 1/12 – 2/9/2024 *Notifications will be sent February 23rd 2024
Delivery of work: 2/24 – 3/ 9/ 2024
Opening Reception: March 23rd 2 – 4pm
Pick up work: 4/18 – 4/24/2024

*Terms of work accepted for exhibition at Maryhill Museum of Art: Membership with OAEA/ WAEA must be current at the time of the March 15th opening. All artwork will be handled in the utmost professional manner. Artists are responsible for insurance of artwork, delivery of artwork, and return of artwork at the end of the exhibition.
*Very important: All 2D artwork MUST include a hanging system. The artist’s name, and the title of the artwork MUST be on the back of the artwork. Work that does not include a hanging system or artist name & title will not be hung. 3D work must be self-supporting/able to stand on its own with the artist’s name & title of the work on the base.
