A special day to say thank you to our members

Drive the Loops | 10 a.m. to Noon.
The historic Maryhill Loops Road, one of the first modern roads in the Northwest, is opened for automobiles only twice a year. This is your chance to take a spin past the beautiful scenery and through the road’s eight hairpin curves. Free on the historic Maryhill Loops Road, located just east of US 97 off of State Route 14.

Annual Meeting of the Membership | 1 p.m.
From collections to scholarship, exhibitions and educational outreach, join us to learn about the many wonderful things happening at Maryhill; we’ll also share some of our plans for the future. FREE with museum admission.

Dedication of the Westside Landscaping Project | 2 p.m.
Join us to dedicate the museum’s Westside Landscaping Project. Phase II of the project is currently underway, providing a walk and final landscaping work west the Mary and Bruce Stevenson Wing. This phase includes fencing, walks and landscaping for visitors to fully taken in the beauty of the Columbia River Gorge. Remaining work includes a viewpoint at the west end of the walks.  Phase II was made possible by a significant gift of the Maybelle Clark Macdonald Fund, Fred and Cindy Henchell, Dennis R. Love and Juris and JoDean Sarins. 

Tours, Programs and Behinds the Scenes
There’s much more than meets the eye at Maryhill. Take a behind-the-scenes look at some of the unique facets of the museum, including exhibitions and ranch operations.

Caring for your Family Treasures | 2:30
Collections Manager Anna Goodwin will share tips with visitors about caring for common family heirlooms, such as photographs, textiles and letters.

Maryhill’s Gardens and Grounds | 3:15
Join Caretaker Mike Clough for a look at the museum’s gardens

Something New to Discover | 3:30
Curator of Education Louise Palermo will help visitors discover something new at Maryhill.

Ranchlands Tour | 4:15
Marty Hudson, Chair of the Ranchlands Committee and Colleen Schafroth, Executive Director will tour the varied terrain and storied history of Maryhill’s Ranchlands, encompassing some 5,600 acres.

Root Beer Floats, Nibbles and Libations | 5 p.m.
Enjoy a great root beer float, nibbles, wine and spectacular views as you change with fellow members and staff.
