Open 7 days a week, including all holidays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., March 15 through November 15.

General admission is $7, seniors $6, children (ages 6 – 16) $2.

Members receive free admission. Become a Member today!

Special rates for groups of 15 or more are available with advance reservations.

The sculpture garden, picnic grounds and parking are free.

Maryhill Museum of Art, accredited by the American Association of Museum, is a non-profit corporation funded by a small endowment established by Sam Hill, donations, gifts, memberships and admission fees.

Effective January 2008 Travel Advisory: Bridge work on the US97-Biggs Rapids–Sam Hill Bridge will begin in January of 2008. The bridge is expected to be closed to traffic through Memorial Day. It will be open for summer traffic and close again just after Labor Day, remaining closed until work is completed. During this period, travelers to Maryhill have a choice of routes that cross the Columbia River and intersect with Highway 14. From the west, the closest route is US 197, crossing The Dalles Bridge, approximately 24 miles and 25 minutes to the Museum. From the east, the closest is I-82/US 395, crossing the Umatilla Bridge, approximately 91 miles or 1.5 hours to the Museum. Travelers from the north, including those traveling south on US 97, will have no problem accessing Highway 14. Current information about the status of the bridge repair can be found on the website of the Washington State Department of Transportation: http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/Projects/US97/BiggsBridge/

The bridge was opened as of May, 25, 2008.

View of Café MaryhillOpen daily March 15 through November 15 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Café Maryhill serves gourmet coffees, beverages, deli food and desserts. Seating is available inside and outdoors within view of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. Consider bringing your group to Maryhill Museum of Art. It is a unique setting that has something for everyone. First time visitors are always excited about discovering it, amazed by its history and world class exhibitions and enchanted by its scenic location.

Group Tour Benefits

A special Welcome Orientation of approximately ten minutes is available for groups. It focuses on the romantic history of Maryhill’s founders and their dream for Maryhill.

Free Visitor Guide for each person in your group.

Free parking and a handicap accessible drop-off area for passengers.

Free admission for the tour guide and bus drivers.

The Museum Café features a variety of light lunches and offers box lunches at discount prices for tour groups with 20 or more in the party.

Admission & Discounts for Tour Groups
Admission is $6 per person for groups of 15 or more that call in advance.

Special admission rates and discounts are applicable for tour companies bringing five or more groups a year. For more information about tour operator discounts, contact the museum.

Maryhill Café
The Café features festive box lunches for tour groups. These include your choice of turkey, ham or vegetarian sandwich on a fresh roll, homemade potato salad, drink, fresh fruit & dessert. The cost is $9.50 per person for groups of 20 or more. Price includes sales tax.

There are lots of nearby attractions, including a full scale replica of English Neolithic Stonehenge, a petroglyph, park, restaurants, and hotels.
