2010 BOARD and EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

Board of Trustees and Executive Committee Meetings: Every effort is made to keep to schedule. However, unforeseen circumstances may prompt a change of location or date. Board meetings begin at 10:30 a.m. and usually end by 3:00 or 3:30 p.m. Executive Committee meetings usually begin at 1:00 pm and conclude by 3:30 p.m. Beginning and ending times for both depend on other scheduled committee meetings, activities or events planned.

Special Meetings: Occasionally a special meeting of the Board of Trustees needs to be held. In such circumstances, every effort will be made to accommodate all trustees and all trustees will receive advance notice of this meeting.

Committee Meetings: Depending upon circumstances, committees may or may not meet on any of these dates. Standing and ad-hoc committee meetings will be announced on a case by case basis.
